A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Cumberland, MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Maryland residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free work environment
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
