Job Summary

Providing compassionate emotional support as a fully remote Maryland Licensed Crisis Counselor, the full-time position will deliver risk assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization services while managing telephonic interactions with individuals facing various emotional and behavioral challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Maryland residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space while working from home
• Commitment to regular availability on weekends and holidays post-training
