Job Summary

Delivering compassionate emotional support, the full-time Maryland Licensed Crisis Counselor will provide telephonic crisis intervention and stabilization services while working remotely from Maryland.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively using multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Maryland residency required
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for remote work
• Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training cohort is required for continued employment
