Job Summary

Delivering compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention services, the full-time Maryland Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing various emotional and behavioral challenges while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Maryland residency required for remote work
