Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate III - Maryland Medicare - (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide answers to member, provider, and broker inquiries regarding product information, benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing
  • Resolve complex inquiries and issues by gathering information, verifying understanding, and ensuring compliance with policies
  • Mentor and lead lower-level Customer Service Advocates, ensuring accurate and consistent information delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years of customer service experience
  • Preferred: 5 or more years in a call center customer service role or experience with medical or insurance terminology
  • Ability to navigate PC systems and perform data entry
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple customer service demands
