Maryland Licensed DBQ Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DBQ Reviewer I to support medical documentation accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine complex medical exam reports for completeness and adherence to VA guidelines
• Identify quality issues in documentation and escalate to management as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to provide feedback and assist in revising medical exam reports

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical field or as a Quality Analyst in a healthcare setting
• At least 6 months of experience conducting QA reviews of DBQs according to VA and MDE requirements
• Deep knowledge of medical terminology and quality assurance methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
