Job Summary

A company is looking for a DBQ Reviewer I to support medical documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Review complex medical exam reports for completeness and adherence to VA guidelines
Identify quality issues in documentation and escalate to management as necessary
Collaborate with healthcare providers to provide feedback and assist with report revisions

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical field or as a Quality Analyst in healthcare
At least 6 months of experience with QA reviews of DBQs according to VA requirements
Deep knowledge of medical terminology and quality assurance methodologies
Proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft tools
