Job Summary
To support a 128-bed rehabilitation facility, the full-time Maryland Licensed Dietitian will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education, perform comprehensive nutritional assessments, and collaborate with a healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide nutrition and lifestyle guidance to patients, families, and the community
- Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives to advance patient care
Required qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
- Licensed Dietitian in the state of Maryland or willing to obtain licensure
- Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
