Maryland Licensed EAP Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor for their Executive Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic assessments, supportive counseling, referrals, and follow-up for EAP participants
• Maintain documentation and provide clinical case management for assigned EAP cases
• Consult with managers and HR professionals regarding workplace concerns and coordinate onsite Critical Incident Response events

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health related field
• Post-graduate experience in a behavioral health field preferred
• EAP experience is a plus
• Graduate level license required
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
