Seeking an experienced and compassionate Maryland Licensed Family Law Associate, the full-time attorney will manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, advise clients on legal issues, and draft necessary legal documents while enjoying hybrid work flexibility in Annapolis, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from inception through resolution
• Advise and represent clients in matters involving divorce, child custody, and related family law issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and conduct legal research

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
• Significant experience handling family law matters
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence
