Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Maryland Licensed Fertility RN Coordinator will manage clinical services, enhance staff efficiency, and ensure effective patient care delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize clinical services to optimize staff skills and efficiency
• Set goals for clinical staff and motivate them to achieve these objectives
• Monitor patient flow and program operations to ensure effective service delivery

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of fertility experience
• Valid RN License or willingness to obtain upon hire
• BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management
• Preferred leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and program operations
