Job Summary
Supporting a private wealth advisory practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Financial Planning Assistant will manage client interactions, assist with financial planning software, and prepare for client meetings while adhering to high ethical standards in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and input clients' financial information into financial planning software
- Prepare deliverables for client meetings, including portfolio reviews and illustrations
- Deliver superior client service by responding to requests and supporting advisors
Required qualifications
- Must be licensed in Maryland as a Financial Planning Assistant
- Ability to complete FINRA license exams (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within 90 days of hire
- Completion of Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA) within 60 days after obtaining necessary licenses
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience or coursework in finance or related fields is preferred
