Job Summary

Supporting the Healthcare group, the remote Maryland Licensed Healthcare Underwriter will manage advanced underwriting tasks for Healthcare portfolios, including risk assessment, loan structuring, and client communication while working full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrites Healthcare accounts by reviewing financial statements and recommending borrower risk ratings
• Sources and analyzes financial data to support loan structuring and approval processes
• Identifies and manages risks associated with new and existing Healthcare loans through collaboration with bank associates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in Commercial Lending or Credit Analysis, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in financial statement spreading and preparation of projections
• Completion of a formal credit training program is preferred
• Background in Finance, Banking, Business, or Economics is advantageous
