Job Summary

Seeking a Maryland Licensed Inside Sales Agent, the full-time remote Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs to convert leads into policyholders while enjoying comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, focusing on converting prospects into policyholders
• Participate in a structured training program to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance licensing

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales effectively
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
