Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist - Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for legal assistance from Maryland residents
• Interview applicants and screen them for in-house programs, providing appropriate referrals
• Support in-house programs through legal research, client interviews, and case investigations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Training through a certified paralegal program highly preferred
• Understanding of civil legal services and case types
• Interest in access to justice and serving low and moderate-income communities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
