Job Summary

Managing complex liability claims, the full-time Maryland Licensed Liability Adjuster will conduct investigations, evaluate coverage issues, and negotiate settlements while working remotely from Maryland or West Virginia.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations and evaluate coverage and liability for claims
• Set and maintain reserves, negotiate settlements, and document claims files
• Identify subrogation opportunities and initiate appropriate actions

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of claims or customer service experience, preferably in casualty claims
• Appropriate license(s) as required by state(s) of operation
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
