Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end licensure process for practitioners, improving turnaround timelines
• Obtain necessary state licenses, DEA approvals, and prescriptive authority to support market expansion
• Collaborate with the Credentialing team to ensure timely updates on licenses for practitioner credentialing

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience with MS Office
• Previous licensing experience strongly preferred
• Windows-based computer skills
• Ability to obtain a notary license within 60 days of hire
