Job Summary

Responsible for originating residential mortgage loans through inbound and outbound sales activities, the full-time Maryland Licensed Loan Originator will consult with prospective borrowers, evaluate financial needs, and guide customers through the loan origination process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans for purchase and refinance transactions through customer engagement activities
• Conduct borrower consultations to assess financial goals and determine appropriate loan solutions
• Maintain consistent communication with borrowers and stakeholders throughout the loan process

Required qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing required
• Minimum two years of direct mortgage loan origination or related mortgage industry experience preferred
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of residential mortgage lending products and guidelines
• Experience using mortgage technology platforms, including CRM systems and loan origination software preferred
