Job Summary

To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Maryland Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will maintain compliance standards, conduct investigations, develop reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor compliance reports and metrics, ensuring adherence to Medicaid regulations
  • Conduct compliance investigations and provide recommendations for corrective actions based on findings
  • Coordinate and implement compliance initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address regulatory changes
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or related fields
  • Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent certification preferred
