Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Maryland Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and coordinate training while working remotely and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct compliance investigations and document compliance activities in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing potential risks and remedies
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts, assessing current compliance states and identifying gaps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Project management experience and ability to work cross-functionally across departments
- Master's degree or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is a plus
