Maryland Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Maryland Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage compliance activities, develop functional procedures, monitor performance metrics, and conduct training while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compliance reports and conduct investigations to ensure adherence to Medicaid regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement compliance efforts and monitor regulatory changes
- Assist in managing projects related to compliance and coordinate resources to meet business priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Project management experience is a plus
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent compliance certification is desirable
