Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Maryland Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will maintain compliance standards, conduct investigations, develop reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, working remotely within authorized states.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and performance indicators
- Conduct compliance investigations, analyzing data and providing recommendations for corrective actions
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts, identifying requirements and monitoring adherence to standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or related fields
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Project management experience and ability to work cross-functionally
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent compliance certification is a plus
