Maryland Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Maryland Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage compliance activities, develop functional procedures, conduct investigations, and provide training while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compliance reports and monitor performance against Medicaid compliance metrics
- Conduct compliance investigations and assist in the creation of corrective action plans
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, or a related field
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Project management experience is a plus
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent certification is preferred
