Maryland Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Maryland Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct compliance investigations and develop corrective action plans based on findings
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance standards and training programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, healthcare operations, audit, or a related field
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Project management experience is a plus
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent is advantageous
