Maryland Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant
Job Summary
The full-time Maryland Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage the Medicaid Compliance Program by advising regional staff on regulatory requirements, developing compliance procedures, and conducting training while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop compliance reports and conduct investigations to ensure adherence to Medicaid regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement compliance initiatives and monitor regulatory changes
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and assist in managing compliance components of larger initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, or a related field
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Proven project management experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience in compliance management
