Maryland Licensed Medicare Sales Representative

Job Summary

Assisting customers primarily via phone, the fully remote Maryland Licensed Medicare Sales Representative will guide Medicare beneficiaries in selecting and enrolling in health insurance plans while meeting sales targets and adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Medicare beneficiaries by conducting needs assessments and educating clients on their options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and ensure a positive customer experience while consistently meeting sales goals
• Stay current on CMS regulations and accurately document sales and service activities in the CRM system

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of Medicare sales experience
• Active Health & Life Insurance License
• Current AHIP certification
• Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
