Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Pediatric Experience for a full-time telehealth position in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for children, teens, and families, developing diagnostic impressions using DSM-5 criteria
• Deliver structured therapeutic interventions and modify treatment approaches based on ongoing evaluations
• Participate in case consultations and maintain communication with the clinical team regarding members' progress

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent license without disciplinary action
• Experience with evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, PMT, & EMDR
• Experience with pediatric trauma work required
• Availability to work evening hours and potential Saturdays
