Job Summary
To support a growing virtual practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual and family therapy, conduct intake assessments, and lead group sessions while working remotely on a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy, creating personalized treatment plans and conducting intake assessments for new clients
- Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning to ensure comprehensive client care
- Lead IOP group sessions, fostering a supportive environment for clients and their families
Required qualifications
- Fully licensed in the state of Maryland as a Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
- Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, effectively integrating these practices into therapy
- Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults during their critical developmental years
- Experience in delivering online therapy, particularly within a Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
