Job Summary
Providing remote evening mental health services, the full-time or part-time Maryland Licensed Mental Health IOP Therapist will lead group and individual therapy sessions, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care from 3 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy for adults in the Mental Health IOP program
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists to provide integrated mental health care
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active independent licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC)
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
- Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care; EMDR experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a remote capacity and using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
