Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of 25-36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C
- Experience working with children, teens, and families
- Strong technological skills, including familiarity with Zoom, GSuite, and EHR systems
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred
