Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the part-time Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients while maintaining a caseload of 7-20 clients per week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, while adjusting treatment based on client progress
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and maintain compliance with HIPAA and state regulations in documentation
- Utilize data-driven approaches to track client outcomes and ensure effective treatment delivery
Required qualifications
- Active license and in good standing as a LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Maryland
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults, including at least six months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with a commitment to client sessions and ongoing training
- Willingness to pursue cross-licensure in other states, with costs covered by the employer
