Job Summary

To support a growing virtual practice, the part-time Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual and family therapy, lead IOP group sessions, and collaborate in treatment team discussions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy, curating personalized treatment plans and conducting intake assessments
• Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning to ensure comprehensive client care
• Lead IOP group sessions, fostering a supportive environment for clients and their families

Required qualifications

• Fully licensed in Maryland as a Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
• Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP
• Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults
• Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired
