Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the part-time Remote Evening Mental Health IOP Therapist will provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from 3pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Mental Health IOP Groups and facilitate individual and family therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
Required qualifications
- Active independent licensure as LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC in Maryland
- Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health treatment
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and comfort working remotely
