Job Summary

As a Maryland Licensed Mortgage Associate, the full-time remote position will manage client relationships, coordinate documentation, and support sales and marketing efforts to enhance customer experience in the mortgage process.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the loan process
• Guide borrowers in document collection and conduct preliminary loan file reviews for compliance
• Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with Mortgage Consultants to drive business growth

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred
• Current NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in mortgage or financial services
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulatory standards
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and experience with CRM software
