To support a dynamic mortgage lending team, the hybrid remote Maryland Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator will market residential loan products, provide exceptional client service, and guide clients through the home-buying or refinancing process while building their own business within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Provide every client the best service in the industry
- Market and solicit residential loan business, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
- Advise and educate clients on the mortgage process and effective mortgage management
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- MLO approved license in NMLS
- Encompass experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment
