Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maryland Licensed NPO Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagement teams on compliance and consulting projects for middle market clients
• Maintain client relationships and keep them informed on technical tax changes
• Mentor and train senior and staff associates while assisting in business development

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification is required
• Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with tax returns and strategy
• Experience in the Non-Profit industry and significant knowledge of Form 990
• Proven success in training and developing staff
