Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in a fully remote environment, focusing on harm reduction principles
  • Prescribe buprenorphine-based medications and initiate care for patients with opioid use disorder
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and participate in structured onboarding and support
Required Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states (AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, KS, MD, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, WA, WY)
  • At least 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting with buprenorphine prescribing
  • Availability for full-time work (30-40 hours/week) with shifts ending at 6pm local time
  • Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
  • Access to a private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
