Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting
  • Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care
  • Work full-time, 30-40 hours per week, with various shift options available
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in a state of residence (specific states listed)
  • At least 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
  • Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
  • Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
  • Must meet state-specific requirements for independent practice without physician supervision (if applicable)
