Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting
- Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care
- Work full-time, 30-40 hours per week, with various shift options available
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in a state of residence (specific states listed)
- At least 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
- Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
- Must meet state-specific requirements for independent practice without physician supervision (if applicable)
