Maryland Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time Maryland Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause and menopause, working remotely with structured patient-facing hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care through patient appointments that prioritize listening and education
• Utilize evidence-based protocols to guide treatment plans, including hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and care coordinators to enhance patient outcomes and support clinical operations

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state; multiple state licenses preferred
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Strong proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMRs)
