Job Summary
To support a growing practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time Maryland Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause and menopause, working remotely with structured patient-facing hours.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care through patient appointments that prioritize listening and education
- Utilize evidence-based protocols to guide treatment plans, including hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and care coordinators to enhance patient outcomes and support clinical operations
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state; multiple state licenses preferred
- Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
- Strong proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMRs)
