Job Summary
To support a growing mission-driven practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions, working remotely with structured patient-facing hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care through patient visits that prioritize listening and education
- Utilize evidence-based protocols to guide treatment plans for women's midlife health issues
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to ensure seamless operational support and patient care
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state; multiple state licenses preferred
- Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
- High proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms and EMRs
