Job Summary

To support a growing outpatient practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage and deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote setting, independently initiating and overseeing buprenorphine treatment within a structured care model.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for patients with opioid use disorder
  • Deliver patient-centered care in a fully remote outpatient environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery goals
Required qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland or other specified states
  • At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
  • Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
  • Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
  • Willingness to work full-time, 30-40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options
