Job Summary
To provide essential clinical care, the part-time Maryland Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medication, and deliver evidence-based treatment through virtual appointments in a remote contract role.
Key responsibilities:
- Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments
- Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations
- Construct patient-centered treatment plans and prescribe psychiatric medications
Required qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program or accredited PA program
- Unrestricted state license in Maryland
- A minimum of 2 years in practice
- Strong preference for NPs and PA-Cs with an active DEA license
- Preference for experience or certification in treating minors
