Job Summary
Providing integrated behavioral health services, the part-time Maryland Licensed Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, working remotely with a preference for evening hours.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients while collaborating with the treatment team to coordinate care
- Complete medical records accurately and timely, including treatment plans and progress notes
- Educate and counsel patients and families on disease processes and treatment options
Required qualifications
- Active CRNP-PMH license in good standing
- Active or pending CDS & DEA registration
- At least 1 year of experience working with the substance use disorder population
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of DSM-V and diagnosis codes
