Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collegiate Faculty, Teaching & Learning - Nursing.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach 18 credits annually in nursing, engaging diverse online learners
• Lead peer evaluation processes to enhance instructional performance
• Conduct and share Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) projects to promote pedagogical innovation

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Nursing or earned DNP from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse (RN)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an RN
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in nursing at the BSN level or higher
• Current, active, unencumbered RN license in Maryland or multistate license privilege
