A company is looking for a Commercial P&C Insurance Sr. Broker to manage sales results and client relationships in the Atlantic Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute broking strategies for Middle Market accounts
• Negotiate terms and pricing with carriers while resolving placement challenges
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients

Required Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in Commercial lines servicing/sales
• Related supervisory, management, or mentoring experience
• BA/BS degree preferred
• P&C license required upon hire
