Maryland Licensed Pediatric Pharmacist

Job Summary

To provide comprehensive medication management services for payors in a completely remote environment, a Maryland Licensed Pediatric Pharmacist will conduct medication reviews, offer remote consultations, and educate pediatric patients and caregivers on proper medication use.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medication reviews for pediatric patients and collaborate with healthcare providers to develop management plans
• Provide remote consultations to caregivers addressing medication-related concerns and offer recommendations for adjustments
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication use, potential side effects, and adherence strategies while participating in interdisciplinary care teams

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program with an active pharmacy license
• Board certification in Pediatric Pharmacy (BCPPS) preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of pediatric pharmacy experience with strong clinical knowledge
• Proficient in telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and online collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively in a remote setting
