Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist (MD License) to provide virtual mental health care to students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual evidence-based mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to K-12 students
• Conduct initial mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the care management team and participate in clinical team activities

Required Qualifications

• Licensed without restrictions as a LCPC, LCMFT, and/or LCSW-C in MD and the state of residence
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
• Ability to obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire
• Strong technological skills and experience with digital documentation
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, Armenian, Russian, Korean, or Tagalog is a strong plus
