Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic Medication Adherence Consultations with eligible members
• Perform data entry related to adherence barriers and member health information
• Maintain performance standards for calls, production metrics, and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Active Pharmacy Technician Licensure (RPhT) in the state of employment
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Secure and private workspace that complies with HIPAA confidentiality
