Maryland Licensed Physical Therapist
Job Summary
To provide individualized care in the comfort of patients' homes, the casual/on-call Maryland Licensed Physical Therapist will deliver direct clinical care, participate in interdisciplinary programs, and implement treatment plans in Harford County and North East Baltimore County.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care and develop specific therapy programs for patients
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team
- Evaluate patient needs and implement treatment plans based on physician's directives
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program or acceptable prior degree with current licensure
- Certification in Adult and Pediatric CPR
- Valid Maryland Driver's License and current auto insurance with a working vehicle
- Current Maryland Speech Therapy License
- One year of clinical experience, preferably in acute, subacute, or home health settings
