Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Mental Health Provider - PMHNP.

Key Responsibilities

Discussing and reviewing patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
Prescribing medications and diagnostic tests to aid in providing accurate diagnoses
Formulating suitable treatment plans for conditions such as ADHD, Insomnia, Depression, and Anxiety

Required Qualifications

Must be a PMHNP
Must have 2 years of clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances
Must have a valid DEA and Medical License (multi-state license preferred)
Mental health certification is preferred
Must have 2 years of mental health experience
